I recently spent some time chatting to my lovely cousin Gillian, who is now my faithful blog follower. Gillian encouraged me to start up an art-blog, as she has done, and I cant thank her enough for encouraging me to spend some time in my own little world.. Im loving it .. I had forgotten in fact just how much I love to be creative... and hopefully soon will be able to post some new work, instead of just old...

Hi Sharon - this is Catherine/Cathy - Gillian's sister and another cousin of yours - though we've never met, that I can remember. It's so exciting to find another arty family member creating and blogging, I'm so glad Gillian made contact, as she is so good at doing. I've loved looking at your paintings and doodles... I think doodling runs strongly along our family line! Will be back soon.
Hi Cathy... thanks for blogging!! This is so exciting. I do believe I have your blog site bookmarked already too (from Gillian). When a Burl gets married (i.e. and becomes a Gatland :) its hard to tell who's who.. unless you get to see the full name with the ol Ponsonby in it hey :) ... Good to be putting all the pieces of our big family puzzle together!!!!
